What is the Most Expensive Pool Cue in the World?

Only for those that are deep pocketed and willing to invest in a pool cue, the Balabushka Ultimate Fantasy Cue was released in 1992 with a price tag of $150,000. It weighs 9.5 pounds, and it was named the Intimidator. The design of this particular piece has piqued the interest of many pool cue makers over the years.

Obviously, this pool cue is not for actually playing, and the current owner does not allow for the cue to even graze a tabletop, it is actually a piece of art. The base of this pool cue is made with an authentic Italian Obsidian gemstone sphere. It is quite beautiful, and while no one has ever played with it, the quality of the product is quite visible even in pictures. It was made from stainless steel and took over one year to craft, with a total of 1,862 working hours. The Intimidator is completely handmade.

This pool cue is not called the Intimidator for no reason; it has two stainless steel blades (one located at the aft and the other at the fore). The blade at the aft has a diameter of 9 inches, while the other blade is slightly smaller. The blades also jut out of the pool cue, which adds to its intimidating effect.
The price tag of this pool cue is another reason for its suitable name, "the Intimidator" as not everyone is willing to spend $150,000 on an item they can only showcase. However, billiard aficionados understand the value of such a historical piece, and its beauty often encapsulates the attention of billiards fans from far and wide.

This masterpiece made history with its astonishing craftsmanship, beauty, and intimidation. However, it is only a collector's item and cannot be practically used as that would wear the cue down, and the blades would not allow for a comfortable game.
